Refund policy

At TOBIE, every product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Products may be exchanged only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
